Neev’s mom, Misha, was also invited to the Biden Cancer Moonshot Childhood Cancer Forum scheduled for Friday, September 22, 2023, at the White House. This event built on the previous year’s forum and aimed to bring together various stakeholders in the oncology community, including advocates, patients, caregivers, oncologists, researchers, and administration officials. The forum’s purpose is to share updates on key policies and initiatives from both public and private sectors, as well as to generate solutions that will advance progress in childhood cancer treatment and care. This collaborative effort aligned with President Biden and the First Lady’s overall goal to call to end cancer as we know it, focusing on delivering better outcomes for all patients and families affected by childhood cancer.
